What to expect
Every Karaoke Booking With Velvet Sounds Entertainment Includes:
• Timely delivery, setup, and breakdown of equipment at the event location.
• Professional KJ/DJ and Sound Equipment: Velvet Sounds Entertainment will supply all necessary audio-visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, monitors, audio and karaoke system, and song selection devices as well as basic lighting. (Lighting upgrades are available with advanced notice and for an additional fee).
• Song Library: comprehensive collection of digital and/or disc-based karaoke tracks, ensuring a wide range of musical genres as requested by the Client, licensed for professional use. All music is available online, with limited printed catalog of songs available. Sign up can be done with your smartphone or by paper slip sign up.
• Host/Emcee: Your professional, experienced host will facilitate the karaoke experience, including introducing singers, managing the song queue, volume levels and performances, engaging with guests and will provide vocal entertainment when needed. DJ music is always included between singers and as a filler so there will be no gaps without music. Client is always welcome to request music type to be played or avoided or send a DJ playlist prior to event.

~Specialty Lighting/Effects such as: Up lighting, Disco Ball, laser lights, LED Light Bars, Fairy lights, String Lighting, Light Curtain, Fog/Bubble Machine, Glow Sticks/hand-held LED fiber-optic glow wands, LED light-up roses or other hand-held accessories for weddings/special events (with advance ordering and additional deposit).
~Video recording Tripods for phones/tablets or cameras - always available
~Color coordination for lighting/DJ booth decor (pre-planned)
~Photo staging area with backdrop and props (pre-planned)
Additional hosts/vocalists for a vocal performance show with 1-3 performers.
